RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Chor Sipahi, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer product exchange within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at returns@chorsipahi.com with your order details. Once approved, you can return the product to Chor Sipahi. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process the exchange for you.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Additionally, exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll assist you in finding an alternative of similar value.
